SPM 2011 Timetable  
(and hopefully, there will be no change after this) This a very good stepping stone to get you started for the exam... :) Countdown to SPM : 146 days to go.. and the Add Maths Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be on Wednesday, 23 November 2011 - one whole day! fuhh.. 

ALL THE BEST! and straight away download these questions..jangan malas..

Use all the exam papers or trend indicators to analyze the current exam hot topics and to check how well-prepared you are..but do not rely 100% on these questions! Jangan spot soalan okay..belajar semua!

and  try to improve on topics that need your serious attention. and avoid doing careless mistakes...

just stay focus & keep your mind in positive mode

NATCOMP 2011: Central Zone Preliminary Round

Today, I was at Stadium Hoki Pandamaran Klang for the NATCOMP 2011: Central Zone Preliminary Round. The state level finals was also a preliminary round to find the top bands based on national rankings to participate in the final. 

It was a very sweet memory for me. Having had a number of sick band members the day before, it was touching to see them so reved up to perform in front of the crowd. This showed me they were serious, and were in it to win. The video and the pictures say it all...

To me, SJICB has always been special because they are known as one of the best and also because of the different shows they are able to put up year after year. They practised really hard for this year’s competition - berpanas terik setiap minggu, don't worry guys, hitam itu bergaya hehehe...

 After 4 days of intensive training in UKM, alhamdulillah we emerged as the Champion for the Kuala Lumpur Category and Open Category (KL/Selangor) 

We also won the best Drum Major for the Kuala Lumpur Category..Congrats Hafiz..x sia-sia glove baru kan hehehhehe...

By far, this year was SJICB's overall best :)  I am proud of you guys...Thanks to all the supporters, instructors, teachers, parents, sponsors and friends who came along and cheered for the boys..Really appreciate your constant support and for making this a big success!! and don't forget to come again for the Grand Final to be held on 17 July at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil.!

Program Impak Maksimum..

The Program Impak Maksimum for SPM students being held on the 28th of May, 2011 for two days. A seminar on Add Math for SPM candidates was held on Sunday, from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, at Kolej PTPL, KL Sentral.

 It took some time for me to find the place (4th floor in KL Sentral - seronok naik lrt hehehe) but the program went well throughout the day. The speaker was Puan Gan Fei Ting, and she is from our neighbouring school, SMK Convent Bukit Nanas.

       

The objective was to review the concepts of Add Maths topics and improve question answering skills as well as provide tips on marking schemes for their exam papers. This program covered a few topics taught in Form 4 and Form 5 Add Maths syllabus.

Thank you so much to the counsellors, the PIBG, the teachers, and the students for all the help and support throughout this program. We won't be there without everyone of you :) Thank you, thank you, thank you. and to Puan Gan, hope we keep in touch...dtgla St John and we can have lunch together :)

Remember, exercises and guidance from teachers are essential for improvement. 

Never give up!! - hint: teacher dah habis marking your exam paper..hehe

Go down deep enough into anything and you will find mathematics.
